I'm an aunt, again!

CONGRATULATIONS
JULIE & MICHAEL!

I hope I don’t get in trouble for spilling the beans, but I am so excited to have a new addition to our family. Yes, Julie had her baby today. I am so glad to finally have a new fresh baby lotion critter to love on. Don’t get me wrong I love Payton and Eryn to death, but they are not into being loved and kissed on. I won’t reveal too much, but I will say that Xavier Parrish made it safely into this world. He is the cutest thing ever. I am very excited for Julie and Michael. Congratulations and I love you both!

BOO TO YOU!!

Happy Halloween! The whole gang was ready

to go trick or treating at 3:00 and they didn't
stop until 8:00! By looking at the picture you can
pretty much guess what each kid was, but let me
tell you Tanner isn't a football player. Tanner
came home from school one day telling me that
he had thought long and hard about what he was
going to be for Halloween. I was thinking to myself
great he is going to want to be something elaborate
and expensive. Boy was I wrong. Tanner wanted to
go as his twin. So, that's what I let him be. Himself!

Tyler wasn't going to dress up because he thought he was too old until the night before he had to have a costume. So, I rounded up clothes from the DI pile and he went as a nerd! After about killing him for changing his mind, at last minute he cam home bragging that he got the award for best costume in the sixth grade.

Even Michelle got into the Halloween spirit!
She was a sparkling, glittery, princess ghost!

Okay, Okay! I will admit it! I got in the spirit of Halloween myself.

Tyler

I thought that since I didn't blog Tyler’s birthday I would do special blog just for Tyler. There has been a lot going on in his life these last few months that I forget that he isn't a little boy anymore. Tyler is now twelve years old and couldn't act more like a teenager. The only thing he has got on his mind is sports, girls, and sleep.

Tyler on his birthday! He hates having his picture taken so you might not get to see his cute face in many of them.

His favorite food is biscuits and gravy!

His favorite activities are playing Guitar Hero, Runescape, and listening to his Ipod!

He hates mornings with a passion! That is his M&M he can't sleep without! Notice all the luscious blankets he has got wrapped around him thanks to his favorite Grandma Darla.

His favorite color is pink! This was his first day of 6th grade and hated every minute of it. He is growing out his hair that is why you can barely see his eyes.

He is anti-social: everyone else is upstairs enjoying the food prepared by his Grandma after he received the priesthood.

Here he is walking away from me embarrassed because I am still taking pictures. One thing that I have recently noticed with Tyler is that he isn't my little boy anymore. We recently went to the State fair and he was miserable the whole time until he ran into a girl from his school. I am taking a creative writing class and had to write a poem about a memorable time in my life. Now all you English people don't judge it's my first poem.

He Held Her Hand
This is stupid.
Why did you make me come?
I am getting to old for these carnival rides.
The merry go round goes up and down.
Bored all day with nothing to do
But hang out with just you.
I wish you knew how cool
You really aren’t.
The gossip and girl talk is all I can take.
Can’t someone come and take me away?
My wish comes true
Oh, how I now can get rid of you.
She bats her eyelashes.
I rise with bravery.
Ask for money, smile big,
I will talk to you soon.

Stuttering, speechless, where did you go?
I slowly pick my jaw up off the ground,
I notice nothing but the slowness that is around.
I notice as he walked with her.
He isn’t a child anymore today.
He held her hand and walked away.

Hey Batter Batter!

Baseball is winding down and there is only a week left! I know it is bad of me to say this, but "YAHOOOOO!!!" It has been the longest season ever with summer school, cold weather, and trying to get two kids from one side of town to the next. All I can say is good thing I have such a great mother that is willing to help me. So here are some picture I thought you might enjoy!

Tanner playing catcher which he hates!

With that batting stance, the MLB better be watching!

It's a bird, it's a plane, no it's TYLER!!!!

Tyler has never had this good of a season. He hit two triples, two doubles, and a ton singles!

This picture was from last season whenTanner and Payton played in the same league. It is one of my favorites so I had to share it.

Where In The World??

I must admit I have been a boring blogger lately! It's not because I haven't wanted to update you all, but I have been very busy since spring break. Okay, well not busy but playing more like it. I have been to Las Vegas to Pullman, Washington. I am so excited to tell you all about my adventures. First let me start by telling you that when spring break finally rolled around my best friend and I headed for Viva Las Vegas to play!

I got to escape for a whole week with no children in tow to enjoy the wonderful life of Vegas. The funny thing about this trip is that we were so excited to get to shop that we could hardly wait to get there. Natalie (my BFF haha) hasn't been to Vegas since the new strip has been built and since I have I couldn't wait to get her to my favorite place CaesarsPalace. Once we were there we were so scared to go into the stores, because there were about four security guards dressed in all black suits scattered around the store. So, when we came across a store that we wanted to go into we would first count the security guards and the ones that we didn't dare go in we just took pictures outside of the store. I know we are dorks!!

Now don't panic I did venture into Jimmy Choo, Louis Vuitton, and Dolce and Gabbana. I did however not have the guts to go into Tiffanys the wonderful and most fabulous jewelry store ever. One other stop that we made was to FAO Schwartz where I ran across the creatures of my favorite movie..............
You guessed it HARRY POTTER!!! They have ever stuffed animal in the Harry Potter books available. I had died and gone to heaven until I walked around the corner and had a flashback to my childhood. Let me show you the picture first and then I will explain.

You're probably thinking the Smurfs sparked a flashback? Let me tell you that I almost started to cry because this is one childhood toy that I would of died to have. Julie had every single one of them and do you think she would let me play with them? The answer is NO! I was so excited but was put into a state of shock because I didn't know that they still existed. I wanted to buy every single Smurf and run home to play. The last stop on my Vegas adventure was of course the M&M factory. I love this store and as a few of you know I love every type of M&M made!

There you have my first week of going missing in action. I was out playing with my pals. I hurried home to get my children back into the swing of things. School was back in and baseball was right around the corner. I must take a minute and brag that Tanner is the starting pitcher and Tyler is the starting first basemen on their teams! I couldn't be prouder. Anyway once they got back to their dads I headed out of town again with my other friend to Pullman, Washington. We went down to see Elton John. Yes, I know I am spoiled but that wasn't the only reason we were going.
That was just one of the perks of going. We really went down to Washington to go meet up with some friends. Let me just say that I had my eyes open to a whole new culture experience. I was the one that was the minority and I didn't like it one bit. I was however the only one that was uncomfortable with it. I did get to enjoy many of things like a step show, which is where they battle other fraternities, sororities, and step groups in the community.
Here they are practicing the night before. I must say that this experience was one of my favorite. I can't believe the talent that these boys have. I would of never of been able to do it. Unfortunately, their biggest rival beat them. I must say that I got to enjoy many of new experiences. I was sad to leave but happy to be home. I am now home and studying for finals during cold long baseball games. I hope I didn't bore you all too much!

I'm it!

10 years ago...Talk about a long time ago! I was twenty years old and that seems like forever ago! Tyler would have been turning two. Tyler and I would have been living at home with Grandma Darla. I would really like to tell you more but I really don’t want to go back to what I was doing ten years ago, because of the way thing turned out. I much happier with the now than I am with the past!

5 things I would do if I were a billionaire... 1) Buy Chanel purses 2) Pay off debt 3) Buy a house 4) Share with my family 5) Save, save and save so I could drop out of school and never have to work again. Yes, I am a slacker!

3 bad habits... 1) I am very OCD! I love things so organized that I sometimes forget where I put them! 2) I procrastinate till the last minute, because I hate school 3) When I don’t have my fabulous fake nails on, I bite my finger nails horribly.

5 places I have lived...1) Pocatello, ID. That’s it, I have never been lucky enough to move out of this boring town, but I do plan on moving once I graduate from college.

5 jobs I have had...
1) Arctic Circle 2) ZCMI
3) Pocatello Police Department
4) Newspaper route 5) Mother

Some things you may not know about me...I hate to admit this but I have the biggest fascination with serial killers. I love reading about them, watching movies about them and researching them. I think that there minds and thoughts are the most fascinating thing in this world. I would love to sit down with one and talk to them. I love reading! I will most likely read anything, but of course my favorite is mystery. Once I start a book, even if I hate it, I will finish it. Jill and I are the only two in the Wallentine blood line (that I know of) that has a love for DIET PEPSI. I hate exercising! Last but not least I LOVE REALITY T.V.

I don’t know very many bloggers so I tag Julie and Crystal! Love ya!

All For The Love Of Sports

I couldn't help but share this adorable picture of Tanner with you! This is not just a once in a life time picture. This happens every night of the week. Tanner has a ball in his hand every second of every minute. He is either throwing a football across my living room, bouncing a basketball of my stick garland, or practicing his baseball slide in my kitchen. Will this ever stop? Some please tell me that it will. Well, on the other hand tell me it won't because after my parent teacher conference with Tanners teacher, I had a change of heart. Tanner is now known in class for being the cutest boy. The girls chase him, write him love letters, and want to kiss his checks. When the teacher told me this I wanted to cry. HE IS ONLY IN THE THIRD GRADE!!! The sad thing is he LOVES it! He has got caught numerous of times for passing notes and teasing the girls. What is going to become of my little beetle bug? Someone help me! The innocence of this picture is now lost. His teacher shed a whole new light on him! Here are a few more pictures for you to enjoy!

I will have to admit he is adorable! I love this kid more than he will ever know! I am so glad that he is apart of my life, even if he does cause me stress.

Sweeney Todd

There are two things in life that really and truly get me excited! No, there are not Tyler and Tanner, well not this time anyway. It is JOHNNY DEPP and MUSICALS! Tim Burton really must know what makes me happy, because he mixed the two and made me the happiest person around.

Unfortunately, I was once again disappointed because, when I went to go see Sweeney Todd on opening night, I was shocked to find out that it wasn't coming to Pocatello. I should have known! I was so distraught for weeks to come.

That was until it showed up at the two dollar theatre this last week! Not only do I have a love for these two things, but if you know the types of books I read you wouldn't be surprised to know that I was first in line and last to leave. I had to share my excitement with all of you because I have never been so excited in my life to go see a movie, just ask my poor friend that had to go with me.

This musical has taken the cake for my favorite! I loved it! The songs are so powerful and dramatic that it made me want to get all dolled up in the beautiful clothing and head to London with Johnny Depp on my side. He is my weakness. This is one movie that will be in my collection of Johnny Depps greatest movies.

Tanner Celebrates

I made it through the weekend! Tanner got to have his friends over for his “real” birthday on Friday to celebrate turning 9! Being a person that hates holidays, birthdays, and anything else that requires a celebration, there aren’t that many pictures. Tanner and his friends got to have a pizza party and a sundae bar, which I totally forgot to take pictures of. Tanner didn’t want to play kid games at his party, so instead they got to play football outside in the snow. He probably isn’t going to have any friends anymore, once their parents find out!

Watching Tanner open his presents was one of the funniest things I have ever seen because four out of the six kids that were there gave him a football. You would have thought this kid had the worst mother and she never bought him any sort of ball. Tanner has more footballs, basketballs, baseballs, golf balls and tennis balls than any other kid in this world. Yes, my kid LOVES sports. Hopefully, he won’t see being short as a downfall! Here are a few more pictures of the gang! I do however have to be thankful for the friends that Tanner does have. He has the best bunch of little pals ever.

Notice that all the kids have wet pants and shirts! Tyler came in on the injured list and to my suprise not one of the kids were cold! Well, that is what I was told.

Shoe Therapy

What more could a girl want when she is down in the dumps and feeling blue? A new pair of shoes of course. Who could refuse SHOE THERAPY? I can't, so meet my new edition!
When a girl is down in the dumps and feeling lonely there is nothing like going and finding the cutest pair of shoes! The weather is yukey and school is back in full swing. I needed shoe therapy and fast. Once I found that cute polka dot shoe, I couldn't wait to run home to put them with my others. Unfortunately, when I returned home I was struck with sadness once again. I was running out of room for all of my shoes. It was then that I realized that I might have a shoe fetish!

There are so many, but hold
on there is more...........
and MORE and MORE!

Not only do I have enough shoes to give a small country, but I also have the same shoe in different colors. What is becoming of me?

Then it occurred to me........A girl can never have to many pairs of shoes. They are like having a lot of really good buds. They are always going to be there, they won't leave you for a guy, and most importantly they aren't going to get jealous when you go out with a different pair. You can even gain a few pounds or lose a few and they are still going fit!

Tanner Celebrates Early!

For all those that don't know Tanners birthday is on February 22nd! Which for me it is right around the corner, but unfortunately Tanner thinks it is years away. On the morning of January 9th tanner woke up and decided that he hated the world and was not going to have a good day. Being in the hurry that I am always in, I stop and ask him what is going on? He goes on to inform me that he doesn't like anything that he got for Christmas and he wants his birthday to be today! So, what does the coolest mom in the world do? CELEBRATE his birthday early!

The cake and presents!

He got what he wanted a NINTENDO DS!! SPOILED!

My kid has thousands of thousands of baseball cards and
was thrilled to add MORE!
